Travel PT or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for our Physical Therapist outpatient Pelvic Health and orthopedic center. Quality of Care Focused Outpatient Clinic

Job Description

Provides therapeutic care to patients, including assessments, treatment planning and implementation, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
• Holds a current license to practice physical therapy.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Pelvic Floor experience required.
