Accommodating a total of more than one million patient visits annually, MetroHealth is an academic medical center for teaching and research and is affiliated with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. In addition, it has earned Magnet status for nursing excellence.
We seek APPs (Acute Care Certified NPs or PAs) to join our intensive care unit (ICU) night team.
The APP will provide patient care for our Trauma ICU, Surgical ICU, and Burn ICU patients nightly at MetroHealths Main Campus, 3-4 nights/week with minimal weekend coverage. In-house attending surgical physician support and collaboration is provided, and resident physician support is available.
In collaboration with an attending surgeon, the APP will deliver direct patient care, including identification, management, and referral of health problems.
