- Cerner and Pyxis Trained
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient experience

Responsibilities:
1. Provide pharmaceutical care services to inpatients, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy management.
2. Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions or contraindications.
3. Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
4. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and promote patient safety and well-being.
5. Conduct medication reconciliation processes to ensure seamless transitions of care for patients.
6. Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.
7. Provide drug information and clinical support to healthcare team members, including nurses and physicians.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of pharmaceutical interventions, medication histories, and other relevant patient information.
