• Full-time Primary Care/Concierge Medicine doctor
  
• 4-Day Work week option available
  
• Recruiting for multiple California locations
  
• 2 locations: South San Francisco and San Jose
  
• Base range starts at $275,000 and Depends on Experience and bonus opportunities
  
• EMR is for Direct Primary Care and easy to use
  
• Maximum patient panel is 1000 patients per doctor
  
• Average of 8 to 10 appointments per day
  
• 30 + paid days of time off per year
  
• Generous Benefits package including paid medical Health insurance and has a 401K
  
• Must be able to see patients of all ages and do skin biopsies
  
• Each doctor will have 2 CMAs with involvement in the hiring and screening of those positions
